Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

The name "Greenside Confectionery", is reserved in terms of regulation 9, 10 or 11 of the Companies Regulations Act of 2001 of the Republic of South Africa. Unauthorized usage of the name "Greenside Confectionery" and or unauthorized usage of the "Greenside Confectionery" logo for any personal and or financial gain is strictly prohibited. Any usage of the of the "Greenside Confectionery" name and or usage of the "Greenside Confectionery" logo for marketing purposes requires approval of the Company in writing. This can be obtaining by contacting the Company through it's official contact email listed at the bottom of this page.

The information contained on the Service is for general information purposes only.

The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents of the Service.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. Shipping Disclaimer

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure items purchased by the Buyer are packaged by Us suitably for shipping, due to the fragile and heat sensitive nature of many of our products we are unable to guarantee these items will reach you in the condition in which they were initially shipped. As such the Company and / or it's delivery partners cannot be held responsible for any items not reaching the Buyer in the expected condition.

Returns Disclaimer

Returns

Should you be unsatisfied or change your mind with regards to a product You have purchased from Us we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase subject to the following conditions:

- Due to the fragile and heat sensitive nature of any chocolate product we cannot accept any returns nor provide any refunds.

- A refund / return needs to be logged within 7 days of receiving Your order.

- Any item You wish to return needs to follow the process below:

1) Send an email to sales@greensideconfectionery.co.za, include Your order number and item(s) You wish to return.

2) You will be provided with a "Return To" shipping address.

3) Adequately package the item(s) for shipping. You will be responsible for shipping costs, You may either utilize your own shipping partner or Our shipping partner.

4) Once item(s) are received We will inspect to verify items are in the condition in which they have been originally shipped from Us.

5) If We are satisfied We will request Your bank details and do an EFT to You for the value of the item(s) returned.
