1) How do I order?

Orders can be placed via this wesbite by clicking on the products tab at the top of the page, adding your chosen products to your cart and checking out. 

Furthermore orders may also be placed via WhatsApp by sending your order to 076 712 7370. We recommend this option for orders below R250, with a delivery address within Lenasia, Gauteng.

2) How much is delivery?

Delivery rates vary, please refer to the delivery tab at the top of the screen.

3) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa & MasterCard and EFT payments. These payment methods can be selected at checkout, please note for EFT payments your order will only be dispatched once your payment reflects in our account.

4) Are your online card payments safe?

Yes, the payment gateway is facilitated through PayFast, leading online payment processing company via a secure encrypted connection.

5) Can I make a change to my order after I have placed it?

This can only be done prior to your order been packaged for shipping. Should you wish to make a change please email sales@greensideconfectionery.co.za or WhatsApp 076 712 7370 and include your order ref number. Regrettably, once your order has been packaged for shipping and the delivery partner notified we cannot make any changes.

 

6) Is it possible to place a bulk order?

Yes it is, please contact sales@greensideconfectionery.co.za for more information. Please note the standard shipping rates will not apply.

7) How can I receive your latest promos?
